Inspired by the izakayas of Tokyo, Cho Cho San brings classic Japanese dishes to life with a contemporary twist. Designed by architect and interior designer George Livissianis, the space is minimalistic, bringing the focus to the wall of spirits, wines, sake and shochu, as well as the colourful and creative dishes. The menu is separated into ‘Izakaya Snacks’ ‘Raw Bar’ ‘Plates/Vegetables’ ‘Meat/Seafood’ and ‘Sweets’, with the recommendation that you try a plate or three from all. Be sure to try the matcha green tea self-serve, which has become a popular staple.
