The world’s largest women’s sporting event is coming to Sydney! For the first time ever in the Southern Hemisphere, FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023™ will see Sydney host 11 matches from 20 July through to 20 August 2023, including Australia’s opening match and the coveted Final.
Located within one of Sydney’s most popular tourist destinations, Darling Harbour’s Tumbalong Park is an outdoor event hub where locals gather for leisure and entertainment. Fans will be able to test their football skills, watch live performances and indulge in one the delicious food and beverage offerings in this iconic location.

From watching a major sporting match and browsing farmers markets to going horse riding, playing golf and enjoying a range of fun activities, Moore Park has it all. This entertainment, dining and leisure hub spans 115 hectares and includes the serene Centennial Parklands, all only a stone’s throw from the city centre.
Sydney Olympic Park has all your outdoors, entertainment and dining needs covered. Enjoy a game of archery, a bike ride through beautiful parklands and a swim in the pool where Ian Thorpe won several gold medals. This sporting and entertainment precinct also hosts some of Sydney’s biggest events, from sporting matches to concerts by international stars.
